Harborview Recycling LLC is not presenting itself as the owner of all underlying technologies. Harborview’s role is to identify, structure, finance, coordinate, and deploy recycling and waste-to-value projects using selected technology partners, equipment suppliers, public authorities, contractors, and end-market buyers.
